Are Mad Hippie products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan! The only exceptions are our SPF products, which contain sustainably sourced beeswax. All other serums, creams, and cleansers are 100% vegan.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please check our store locator for authorized global retailers.
How should I store my serums?
To maintain the potency of our active ingredients, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required but can feel refreshing!
